Changing the homepage of your current IE will also change it for IE4 and vice versa. You can do this from the Internet Options dialogue box of Internet Explorer installed on your OS. To ensure that you can launch IE4, you will need to change your IE home page to about:blank to prevent IE4 from automatically loading a web page.
